Solstice Calisthenics Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Solstice Calisthenics app and related services.

By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, or using Solstice Calisthenics, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Solstice Calisthenics. If the law in your jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age to use online services or consent to data processing, you must meet that higher age.

If you are using the app on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

2. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Solstice Calisthenics is a fitness tracking and training support tool. It is not medical advice, physical therapy advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance.

You are responsible for using good judgment and training safely. Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, especially if you have any injury, medical condition, pain, or other health concern.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, do not rely on the app. Seek emergency assistance immediately.

3. Your Account

If you create or use an account:

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or creates risk for the app or its users.

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of the workout data, profile content, and other information you submit to the app.

However, you grant Solstice Calisthenics a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, store, process, back up, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the app's features for you.

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, store, or share through the app.

6. Sharing Features and Public Profiles

The app may let you generate shareable workout summaries, progress cards, achievement images, or similar content.

The app may also let you enable a public profile that other users can find inside the app by username.

You may create, publish, stream, and monetize videos, screenshots, reviews, tutorials, commentary, social posts, and similar content that shows or discusses your use of Solstice Calisthenics, provided that you comply with these Terms and applicable law.

8. Cloud Save, Backup, and Availability

Cloud save, restore, and backup features are provided for convenience, not as guaranteed archival or disaster-recovery services.

You are responsible for maintaining any backups you want to keep.

You can use the in-app Delete cloud save or Delete account and all data flows to remove cloud-stored data associated with your account. The Delete account and all data flow is intended to remove your account profile, username claim, cloud save, and app-managed local data stored on the device where you perform deletion, including managed profile avatar files and local automatic backup files created by the app. Some account deletions may require you to confirm your sign-in again before the deletion can be completed.

Delete account and all data does not automatically delete backup files, screenshots, recordings, posts, or other copies you previously exported or shared outside the app.

9. Intellectual Property

The app, its branding, design, code, features, text, graphics, and other content provided by Solstice Calisthenics are owned by or licensed to Solstice Calisthenics and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not give you ownership of the app or its non-user content. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app for its intended purposes.

10. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate with third-party services, including:

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by those providers' separate terms and privacy policies.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

Termination does not automatically remove all stored cloud data unless that data is separately deleted, and it does not automatically delete copies you exported or shared outside the app.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solstice Calisthenics is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability.

We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from loss of data.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solstice Calisthenics and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date above, publish the revised version, and provide an in-app notice that the Terms of Service were updated.

Your continued use of the app after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
