Delete Your Solstice Calisthenics Account
You can permanently delete your Solstice Calisthenics account and associated app-managed data either inside the app or by sending a web request from this page.
Delete using the web app
Open account deletion in the web app
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open the Profile tab and select your profile card. You can also open Settings > Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom of Profile settings.
- Select Delete account and all data.
- Review the warning, complete the confirmation timer, and verify your password or Google sign-in when prompted.
The in-app flow begins deletion immediately after successful verification.
Delete using the Android app
- Open Solstice Calisthenics and sign in.
- Open the Profile tab and select your profile card. You can also open Settings > Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom of Profile settings.
- Select Delete account and all data.
- Review the warning, complete the confirmation timer, and verify your password or Google sign-in when prompted.
The in-app flow begins deletion immediately after successful verification.
Request deletion without the app
Email SolsticeCalisthenics@gmail.com from the email address connected to your account. Use the subject Solstice account deletion request and include your username if you know it.
Start an account deletion request
Never send your password. We may ask you to verify account ownership. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, or within another period required or permitted by applicable law.
Data deleted
Deletion is designed to remove:
- Your Firebase Authentication account
- Your account profile, username claim, and associated username redirects
- Your public profile and public progress record
- Your Firestore cloud save, including app-managed workout, routine, body-stat, settings, and gamification records
- App-managed local data, managed profile-avatar files, and local automatic backups on the device where you use the in-app deletion flow
Data not automatically deleted
- Backups, screenshots, recordings, posts, or files you exported or shared outside Solstice
- Copies independently retained by another person or third-party service
- Limited records we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes
- Residual service-provider backups until they expire through normal backup cycles
A web request cannot clear local data from a device. You can remove local data by using Settings > Data & Backup > Clear all data, clearing the app's storage in device settings, or uninstalling the app.
Delete only selected data
You can delete only your cloud save from Settings > Data & Backup > Delete cloud save, or clear only local data without deleting your account. For access, correction, portability, or privacy questions, email the same address.
